Akosua Asaa Manu is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the National Youth Authority. Before venturing into politics, Akosua worked for over a decade as a Banker and ascended to the top of her career before moving into entrepreneurship. As an entrepreneur, she worked with multinational brands in providing marketing solutions and establishing broad-based marketing opportunities. As a political activist, Akosua Manu has served as Deputy Communications Director of the First Lady of Ghana, H.E Rebecca Akufo-Addo where she advocated for Adentan and most notably, lobbied for a children’s nursery for the Adentan market. As a person, she has empowered over 10,000 young people through her programs under the One Whole Future Initiative. She has also empowered young girls through her menstrual hygiene project, support for youth startups and has delivered speeches on global platforms. Akosua Manu also has a network that spans across ECOWAS, African Union, and other global conference platforms.
